5. Bookings

When booking a session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your dog, including any known history of aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, bite history, or relevant medical conditions
  • Complete any intake, assessment or preparation forms provided to you

Where possible we will discuss this with you and, where appropriate, refer you elsewhere

6. Content, Photos & Video

As part of our services, we may photograph or film sessions for use in training records, content creation, marketing, and social media (including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook).

By booking with us, you consent to this unless you tell us otherwise before your session.

You may:

  • Request that your face/identity not be shown

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Digital product sales (Journal, standalone downloads): non-refundable
  • Session cancellations: refundable with 48+ hours' notice
