  • Payment information, processed securely via Systeme.io's payment partners, Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer for in-person sessions. We do not store your full card details ourselves
  • Photos and video, where you've consented, per our Terms & Conditions, for training records and/or content use

  • Deliver the services you've booked or purchased
  • Personalise sessions and training plans
  • Process payments and confirm bookings

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with the following, each of whom is responsible for their own data protection compliance:

  • Systeme.io, hosting, email delivery, checkout, and customer management
  • Stripe / PayPal, secure payment processing
  • Skool, community platform access (if you're a member of a JTD community)
  • Google Analytics, website performance and usage tracking
  • Microsoft Clarity, anonymous session recordings to improve website usability
  • YouTube / Instagram / Meta, where content featuring you or your dog is published, per your consent
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, if required to comply with the law

Some of the tools we use (including Systeme.io, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity) may store or process data outside the UK/EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, these providers operate under recognised data protection safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent frameworks).
